The eps material will form an air arch and it is not easy to unload. The eps silo must be equipped with a flow-aid air cushion or a vibration motor; for maintenance and sealing, the eps silo inlet must be equipped with a pneumatic or manual valve; for smooth feeding, the angle of the silo cone should not be greater than 60 degrees.

In order to fully reflect the advantages of the high-efficiency eps mixer, a pre-mix eps silo is added, and a vibration motor or flow-aid air cushion is configured according to the size of the silo to prevent material from bridging; a pneumatic butterfly valve is configured at the connection with the mixer, which has good sealing performance. It can effectively control dust during recycling work; the admixture feeding hopper is equipped with a dust collecting port, which solves the problem of dust flying when the valve opens.
