The CNC hot wire cutter takes single hot wire to cut styrofoam models,it works with stepper motor to travel on XYZA axis,it can cut 2D,3D,4D models.The cutting speed range from 0 to 1200mm/min based on the density of eps styrofoam.The software in the machine is Devfoam software which support import file from CAD,CAXA,CDR,PS,UR,AI,SOLIDWORKS.then,easily generate cutting routine.

Feature introduction

The CNC hot wire cutter can preview cutting routine and generate cutting path which can be optimized manually.

Easily shift between 2 axis,4 axis and rotary axis.

Some shapes can be cut manually,some can cut tapper without drawing programming with devfoam software.

The cutting speed can be adjustable as you want it to be in devfoam software and it can be adjustable instantly.

Cutting work can suspend and resume at any time.

Hand controller is available for the cnc foam cutting machine.

Wire tension device is good for cutting lost foam.
