The cnc foam cutting machine as in the picture is with single wire for cutting eps foam models of 2D,3D even 4D.
The wire is tensioned with stocking roller,cause machine motions on 4 axis,the wire length changes when working.The device can tension the wire for cutting and it can also change the length as the cutting need it.
We make the machine frame with aluminum alloy materials which is fashionable in design,it looks good and it enjoys stable when working.
As the market demand spiral foam models which need cutting working on 5th axis,so,we add a turntable at the middle of working table.It is 5 axis working.
