The EPS pelletizing machine may overheat sometimes,we need find out the problem,we list the causes as below:

Viscosity of lubrication oil is not match.Big viscosity can make big resistance.Small viscosity can make leaking possibility.So,choosing correct lubrication oil is important for eps pelletizing machine.

Oil tank is too small to take machine,if oil tank is small,the cooling unit will be small too which will be less cooling effect.so,it can make machine overheat.

Relief circuit problem can make machine overheat.Oil pump can not function with relief circuit,the high pressure can make oil leak.
