Heavy duty arduino controlled CNC foam cutting machine with multiple hot wires

Arduino controlled CNC foam cutting machine is for cutting 2D foam shapes.The two ends of single hot wire can motion at same speed at same direction and the hot wires can work with oscillation.With the arduino control,it enables the hot wire to cut any complicated foam models like 2D models etc.

1) It is CNC control with devfoam software operation.it can cut 2D with multiple hot wires.

2) Arduino controlled CNC foam cutting machine has 2 axis for control of hot wire.

3) Ball screw drive can make good precision in cutting.

4) Power is on when cutting is on,power off when cutting is off.

5) Alarm system is equipped with the CNC foam cutting machine.

6) The temperature of hot wire can be controlled.

7) Devfoam software is installed in laptop.You can make drawing and generate cutting routine and export the .nc file.
