In this way, the items will not be scattered due to loose binding during the handling process, and the binding is neat and beautiful. What are the reasons for the heating of the hydraulic oil of the baler and the processing methods of the tape?
1. The precision of the components is not high, the assembly quality is poor, the mechanical friction loss is large, the design structure of the hydraulic components of the system is unreasonable, and the manufacturing quality is poor. When the oil flows through the valve, the pressure loss is large and the internal leakage is serious. The quantitative pump oil supply system selects the capacity of the pump according to the fast forward speed, and under high pressure, a large amount of excess flow overflows from the relief valve.
2. Improper selection of hydraulic component specifications in the hydraulic system. When selecting a valve, because the size is too small, the energy loss is too large, the system generates heat, or the flow is too large to generate noise. If the pump is used, the flow rate of the pump is too large, and too much oil overflows from the relief valve to cause heat. When the unloading circuit of the system fails or the circuit is not unloaded, the oil pump cannot be unloaded when it stops working, and all the flow of the pump overflows under high pressure, causing overflow loss and heating, causing oil heating.
3. The system pipe is too thin and too long, too much curvature, the pressure loss along the way is too large, and there are too many hydraulic circuits or hydraulic components in the hydraulic system. The box body is too small, the heat dissipation area is insufficient, no oil cooling installation is required, or cooling installation is required, but the capacity is too small. If the gap between the connecting parts is too small, or the gap after wear is too large, the internal and external leakage will be large, resulting in volume loss, such as the decrease in pump volume efficiency and rapid heating.
4. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system is greater than the actual need. Occasionally, air leakage increases because the seal is too tight or the seal is damaged, so the high pressure must be adjusted before work. Improper oil viscosity, high viscosity, low viscosity, and increased leakage will cause the oil temperature to rise.
How to deal with strapping machine tape
1. When the belt appears, start the operation program manually, disassemble the belt groove, and clean the inner belt of the belt. Cut the dirt and belt off the belt, check for looseness, and readjust the pulley pressure for each batch of belt thickness and stiffness.
2. When walking, the packing belt runs out of the belt outlet slot, check whether the notch of the packaging belt is parallel to the slideway, adjust the height of the slideway and the bolts, so that the slideway is parallel to the outlet slot of the strapping machine.
