The application of contour cutting wire

Our contour cutting wire range covers a lot of applications, including:

PU foam industry;insulation industry;technical foam;phenolic resin;extruded polystyrene;calcium silicate;rock wool and so on.

The feature of contour cutting wire :

Core composition: carbon steel;

Length tolerance +/- 5mm;

Tension of the wire: depends on the material and for accurate cuts, set the pressure at 1.2 – 2 bar. Please check the pressure recommendations for each type of pressure.

Packing: transparent bag, each piece is labeled with wire type & direction of rotation;
