A: it is PLC control,it is not CNC machine,so,there is no software.
Q:do you make signs / labels on control panel in English in the EPS cutting machine ?
A: Yes,there is English labels on control panel.
Q:is the instruction manual available in English ?
A:we will give instruction manual to buyer to install.
Q:do you provide instruction manual for machine assembly – installation ?….are there any markings for legs / frame etc
A: we mark all info on the machine body before disassemble them.
Q: is there any necessary electric installation or just plug in ?
A:it is plug in for electricity diagram.
Q:is it necessary to have for installation any equipment ?…forklift or just for box unloading ?
A: You need forklift to unload machine,you do not need it for installation.
Q: Just want to make sure as per offer and the proforma invoice the CE is available !
A: CE is available.
