Why the EPS granulator can feed EPS ingots and densified bricks?

The EPS granulator can crush,melt and extrude then cut into EPS pellets which are from EPS foam waste,ingots,densified bricks. It is heavy duty machine capable of all the EPS waste in different stages.

The design of the barrel for EPS pellets machine is made of 45# steel, which is finely processed and then quenched to have high hardness and certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and there is a certain size of slot holes at the feeding end to facilitate feeding.
The die head of the EPS granulator: the discharge set on the head is a parallel 15-hole type, which increases the discharge volume and increases the production speed. The head structure is a parallel die head, and the thread is connected with the barrel, which can save time and effort when replacing the screen plate.
Heating system of EPS granulator recycling machine: The heating system is composed of heating rings, which are separately distributed outside the barrel to uniformly heat and plasticize the materials in the barrel, and are controlled by the instrument on the electric cabinet to automatically adjust the change of the set temperature.
Reducer of EPS granulator: The special reducer for the extruder of the EPS granulator with hard tooth surface has irreplaceable advantages in performance and quality than the ordinary matching reducer.
