The eps silo can improve the work efficiency of EPS mixer

In order to improve the production efficiency, the installation of eps silo is arranged on the eps mixer so that there is always a batch of prepared eps materials waiting to be mixed, which can increase the production efficiency by 30%, so as to reflect the advantages of the high-efficiency of eps mixer. The eps material will form an air arch and it is not easy to unload. The eps silo must be equipped with a flow-aid air cushion or a vibration motor; for maintenance and sealing, the eps silo inlet must be equipped with a pneumatic or manual valve; for smooth feeding, the angle of the silo cone should not be greater than 60 degrees.

In order to fully reflect the advantages of the high-efficiency eps mixer, a pre-mix eps silo is added, and a vibration motor or flow-aid air cushion is configured according to the size of the silo to prevent material from bridging; a pneumatic butterfly valve is configured at the connection with the mixer, which has good sealing performance. It can effectively control dust during recycling work; the admixture feeding hopper is equipped with a dust collecting port, which solves the problem of dust flying when the valve opens.
