Customer information should be stored for no more than 35 days. The whole database can be accessed at any time throughout the retention term.
We can generally erase a customer’s data from our system within a day if they request it. Backup data would become available when the 35-day retention period has expired. A customer can also choose to have both backup data and the live database wiped at the same time. A thorough description of crm development data retention and backups may be found here.
