EPS foam blocks are used in a wide variety of applications. They can be used for construction of roads and buildings, for example. They are also used for making concrete blocks, which are used in building houses and other buildings.

EPS foam is a lightweight material that is produced by expanding polystyrene foam (EPS) with gas to form a cellular structure. The resulting material has excellent thermal insulation properties and can be used for thermal insulation of buildings and other structures. EPS foams are also used as packaging materials because they are strong but lightweight, easy to transport and work with and inexpensive to produce.

1.EPS block conveying line: It is used to produce the EPS chemicals into EPS balls.EPS blocks with a certain size, thickness and density. The material can be expanded with the EPS block conveying line. The shape of the block molded by the machine can be customized by customers.

2.EPS block molding machine: It molds the EPS block with a certain size, thickness and density according to customer’s requirement. The material can be recycled EPS or virgin EPS. The shape of the block molded by the machine can be customized by customers

3.EPS Silo for storing materials: It is used to store raw materials such as recycled or virgin EPS inside and outside of the factory.

4.EPS cutting machine: It is used for cutting recycled or virgin EPS into pieces according to customer’s requirement (length×width×thickness). The cutted pieces will have different sizes according to your requirements
