Application
The EPS granulator can recycle the eps foam waste like eps package box,eps insulation sheets into beads which can be raw materials for XPS insulation sheets,Plastics,window frame etc.
EPS granulator working procedure
The big eps foam waste is recycled by the eps shredder into small scraps which will then be transported by pipes into the storage silo on the EPS granulator,the scraps will be plastified and melted in the EPS granulator and output the melted noodles,the noodles will be cooled down in the water container and cut in the beads cutter machine.

We give our machine lifelong service. Free instructions for machine operation,free instructions for repairing machine at buyer’s will if any. We offer cost price for the electronics and machine parts out of one year if any problem occurs.
Software from our company is available for free update and installation if the EPS granulator is installed with software.
