Linking your phone to WhatsApp Web is a quick and easy way to access your chats, media, and contacts directly from your computer. Whether you’re on a PC or Mac, this process takes just a few minutes and allows you to use WhatsApp more efficiently—especially when working or studying at your desk.
To get started, make sure WhatsApp is installed and active on your smartphone, and ensure both your phone and computer are connected to the internet. Then, open a browser on your computer—such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge—and go to Web whatsapp. A QR code will appear on the screen.
Now, open WhatsApp on your phone:
On Android, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select “Linked Devices.”
On iPhone, go to “Settings” and tap “Linked Devices.”
Next, tap “Link a Device.” This will activate your phone’s camera. Point it at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.Once the QR code is scanned, your phone and computer will link instantly. Your WhatsApp chats will appear in the browser, fully synced with your mobile app. From here, you can send and receive messages, photos, videos, voice notes, and documents—all from your keyboard and big screen.
