The eps melting machine recycles eps foam waste,eps trimmings etc into eps lump.The machine takes heating method to melt the eps styrofoam waste to densify the volume which will be easy to carry and transport with.
There are some aspects to pay attention with:
It needs pre-heating before working,temperature can be set between 180`-200`.
Check if any impurity substance after the temperature reaches,then start machine.Feeding can start after machine work well.
Switch off eps melting machine after machine idling some time.
Daily maintenance :
Plastic heating rings in good conditions.
