EPS extrusion granulator recycles shredder eps styrofoam waste into granules which can be used as raw materials for xps sheets,window frame,insulation materials etc.
The upper and lower screws of the eps extrusion granulator have two heating rings, and each heating ring has a switch, which can be opened and closed at will according to the temperature required during processing.
When the eps extrusion granulator is working, it firstly heats the upper and lower barrels for 20-40 minutes, then take a piece of foam and place it on the machine head and press it lightly. If the eps foam can become soft and melt, it means that the barrel is heated to the working temperature (about 180 degrees). you can start your work.
Add a small amount of foam to the hopper first, if the extruded material melts, then a large amount of material can be unloaded and start to work. If the temperature is too high during work, you can cut off the heating power and continue working.
When the foam granulator is working, one or two layers of 20-80 mesh filter screen or other suitable number filter screen can be added in the lower screw head according to the needs (the higher the filter screen, the cleaner the impurities are filtered). Prepare a few more. If the strips are not smooth during work, the filter is clogged, and the filter should be replaced in time. The steel filter screen can be burned to remove impurities and they can be resued.
