Hey everyone! đź‘‹
I’ve recently been diving into the world of decaffeinated coffee, and I have to say—it’s way better than I expected.
I used to think decaf was just bland, weak coffee for people who “couldn’t handle the real stuff,” but I’ve completely changed my mind. Some of the Swiss Water Process and CO₂-decaf beans I’ve tried lately taste just as rich and complex as regular coffee.
I started cutting back on caffeine due to sleep issues and was worried I’d have to give up my morning ritual. But decaf has seriously saved my routine, and I’ve even found myself drinking it in the evenings now without stressing about sleep.
Anyone else here drink decaf—either part-time or full-time?
What’s your favorite brand or decaf roast?
Do you care about the decaffeination method (e.g., Swiss Water, COâ‚‚, etc.)?
And how do you brew it?
Would love to hear your thoughts and recommendations. Let’s give decaf the spotlight it deserves!
