Is Collection Service of America allowed to call my workplace and family members

I’m being harassed by Collection Service of America. They are calling me multiple times a day, and now they’ve started calling my office and even left a vague message with a family member. This is incredibly stressful and feels like it has to be illegal.

Has anyone else dealt with this? I’m trying to handle an old debt, but the constant calls and them contacting other people is too much. Any advice would be really appreciated.
