What is EPS Batch Pre-expander ?

For EPS pre-expanders,there are Batch and Continuous machine.

EPS Batch Pre-expander is used to expand EPS resin, this is the first stage for EPS process. After expansion, the beads will be tranported into Silo system for stabilization. It is easier to get low density through second expansion function. The machine is controlled by touch screen and PLC, fully automatic.EPS pre-expander is batch machine which can pre expand the EPS beads for 1^st and 2^nd times.So,you can make your foam at your size.
