Lost foam casting is to combine paraffin wax or foam models with size similar to the casting size and shape into model clusters. After brushing and drying, they are buried in dry quartz sand for vibration modeling, and then poured under negative pressure to gasify the mould. The liquid metal occupies the position of the mould and forms a new casting method after solidification and cooling.

EPS raw materials are going to be pre-expanded by EPS pre-expander machine,the matured EPS balls will be transported to EPS molding machine for package or blocks thru the piping system.The molded mould will be dried in the drying room to get rid of the water.Then,the dried mould will be teamed up by glue and cast.
At last,the mould will be coated and dried twice.The finished mould will be made after it is dried completely.
