The foam granules equipment can recycle the eps foam waste like eps package box,eps insulation sheets into beads which can be raw materials for XPS insulation sheets,Plastics,window frame etc.

The big eps foam waste is recycled by the eps shredder into small scraps which will then be transported by pipes into the storage silo on the foam granules equipment,the scraps will be plastified and melted in the foam granules equipment and output the melted noodles,the noodles will be cooled down in the water container and cut in the beads cutter machine.
