How to make mortar suitable for coating on EPS decorative moulding

To make good EPS moulding,you need good technician to operate machine,you need good quality foam coating machine.And,you need good mortar which will be coated on the surface of EPS decorative moulding.

To make good quality of mortar for EPS moulding,we need make the weight ratio of bonding mortar and water as 5:1. we can stir the mortar with manual mixer.Stir it during water in feeding.After the mixture of water and mortar,it need rest for 5 minutes.Remember to stir it again when use it.

The stirred mortar can be finished within one day,you need newly made mortar when you need it again.You can add some water if the air is dry or temperature is hot.it is not advised to add water after the mortar is condensed.
