There are many different types of fast wire for cnc contour cutting machines,there is S/X/PLAIN wires for customers to choose from them.Their application can be different foam materials.
With a slow spiral wire between the core and outer wrap, the S-wrap fast wire is suitable for cutting high-density flexible foams and most rigid foams.
With two slow spiral wires running cross ways between the core and outer wrap, the X-wrap cutting wire has a more aggressive cutting style, suitable for high-density rigid foams.
Plain wires can cut without much dust from it.it is ok for cutting high density foam materials.
